    Our small group classes are our bread and butter. These classes are focused on full-body strength and conditioning, modified for a larger group setting. Our classes are for adherence to all!     Private Personal Training is our highest level of training experience. During this time you have our coach’s undivided attention. With private training, you get a personalized training program and coaching that will help you reach your goals, bounce back from whatever injury, build confidence, or even prepare you for your next athletic competition.
